1 - Guidance on Process

Who is it for?

If you want more insight into the essential steps to make a successful recruitment process this is the session for you.

Personally tailored feedback on your process, tools, and a template to assist and ensure an effective process.

  • 30 min. feedback after you have created your process.

  • A typical mindset for a startup is to go blindfolded, but our experience tells us that many underestimate the complexity of the process. We will guide you on your specific need in relation to role distribution, structure/overview, internal handling, and a lot more.

  • Keeping the candidates in the process is often difficult due to either a too complex or unstructured process and the high demand for candidates.

    With our help, you´ll have specific knowledge on how to maintain candidates in the process, preventing them from seeking other opportunities.

  • Decision on the number of interviews, who to participate, and whether there should be a case or a test... We can guide and inspire you to match the process with your needs.

2 - Screening & Selection

Great! You’ve received 80 applicants, what now?

  • Concerns about sorting candidates solely based on their resumes, potentially missing out on candidates with relevant experience and skills.

    We ́ll advise you on how to assess and comprehend applications so you ́ll know what to be observant about in relation to your specific needs.

  • Time is a valuable resource for startups. Lack of time and ability to screen resumes/CVs is often a problem because it can be very time-consuming.

    We eliminate your time spent sorting through applications that don’t fulfill your requirements.

  • Worried about being biased in the assessment?

    We are conscious of the typical biases in this process, making us suitable to choose the most skilled candidates with a justified, inclusive approach.

3 - Interview & Review

Who is it for?

You’ve narrowed it down to 2-3 candidates after the first interviews - but who should you go for?

What you get

Our ‘+20 years of experience’ second opinion and recommendations.

  • Interview with the final 2-3 candidates.

  • 1-page candidate summary, what to ask for in the final interview, and things to consider.

  • Difficulty uncovering professional or personal competencies (due to lack of experience with interview techniques).”

    We interview 2-3 key candidates for you and provide feedback about the strengths and weaknesses of the individual. In this way, you ́re certain to get a realistic view of the candidates’ competencies. We will also guide you on whether it could pay off with a specific case or test of the candidate.

  • Concerns about whether the candidate will fit in the team.

    • Our experience with interview techniques is, among others, concerned with revealing the candidate's personality. We are experienced with specific ways to uncover a candidate’s fit within a team.
